Head chef and owner ross gibb of the cleveland 'old courthouse restaurant' establishment has come a long way from his humble beginnings as a young man in edinburgh with a yearning to get into the restaurant trade. If you're in the mood for something a little more british you can't go past the rack of victorian lamb, tender on the inside with a nice and crisp outer layer. End evening was immense as usual which has been our experience over the former 30 years! This store has exactly that, with the piano playing softly while you eat, it made for the most romantic evening I ever could have imagined.
